55th Anniversary Tour - 24 April 2021

In April, the PPMAFC celebrated it's 55th Anniversary with the recreation (as close as possible) to the original Tour. We were unable to do the exact tour because of updated roads and the such. It was great seeing all who were able to participate in this event. There were 9 Model A's and one trailer car which made the trip. The group started at the Rampart parking lot and traveled up north to Monument Part. There were a number of interested folks and we had our bag lunch at this stop. The group was able to talk to interested folks about the history of the Club and make some new friends there. After lunch, we continued on the trip and got some really good photos of the cars on the road and also with Pikes Peak in the background (thanks to our President). We traveled back down through Palmer Park and finally ended the tour downtown. As always, throughout the tour there were a lot of smiles, photos being taken and waves galore to which the club responded with that familiar AARRRUUUGGGAAAHHH horn honk of acknowledgement and appreciation.
