Old Town Tour - 06 March 2021

The PPMAFC started this year off with a short, but extremely pleasant, tour. 8 Model A's, 14 members and 1 guest met at Bird Dog BBQ. We traveled through the Gardens of the Gods Park. Next, was touring downtown Manitou Springs. We continued through Old Colorado City and finished the tour at the Memorial Park Memorial. There was a good amount of interest in the A's at the Park. We shared Model A stories with those interested and then had lunch. All-in-all, today's tour covered about 30 miles (at least on my odometer). Throughout the tour there were a lot of smiles, people taking photos of the A's and waves galore to which the club responded with that familiar AARRRUUUGGGAAAHHH horn honk of acknowledgement and appreciation.
